Daniel Leek Chol and his community, Leekrith, have worked tirelessly to bring forth this resurrection. Their dedication to conserving and appreciating their cultural history has resulted in Ajakguong Studio recreating this classic song with new Ayaya type music. This fusion captures the core of the original song while presenting it in a modern setting to engage a new generation.

“Wundiitden Abuor Ma” is more than just a song; it is a historical artefact from the 19th century, praising Wundiit Abuor (Mareeng Leek), an iconic cattle camp within the Leekrith (Lengerith) Community of Anyidi Payam. This work bears witness to the many customs and diverse cultural fabrics that have woven our community together over the years, including the oral history of Wundiit Abuor's valiant actions.
