Recipe:

300 g (2 1/2 cups) plain flour
125 g (½ cup) water
100 g (1/2 cup) plain Greek yogurt
3 g (1 tsp) instant yeast
9 g (2 1/2tsp ) sugar
6 g (1 tsp) salt
20 g (1 ½ Tbsp) melted ghee or oil

For garlic butter:

40g (3 tbsp) ghee or butter
6 garlic cloves
chopped cilantro optional
