192A - Premature withdrawal from EPF
193 - Interest on securities
194 - Dividends
194A - Interest other than interest on securities
1. Bank(Time deposits)
2. Bank(Recurring deposit)
3. Deposit in Co-op Banks
194D - Insurance Commission
