Welcome back, Educators.
We’re going to explore how to reorder and merge the sections.
As default, after the last section in the form, the user jumps to the Submit section.
But we hope to increase engagement and improve the user experience.
Therefore, we'll duplicate the first section, then move it down, then merge it with the previous one to create a loop.
Now, select the first section, then click the 3 dots, then Duplicate section.
We’ll move the duplicate section to the end of the form.
To move the section down, click the arrow beside it.
Or click, hold, and drag the icon on the left.
Finally, click the Save button to save the changes.
Delete the title and description of the section.
Deactivate the toggle button to make the field unrequited.
Change the question and remove the Maybe option.
Select the section, then click the 3 dots, then Merge with above.
And this is the final result in view mode.
Now, let’s add the last touch to the Application section.
To improve the user experience, we'll add a new option to the Drop-down field that permits the user to submit the form.
To have more flexibility when analyzing the form entries, we’ll link the form to the Google Sheets.
Finally, to spice up the form, we’ll add a GIF image.
