Best Meta Mapping Build. Whirlwind + Charge Release | Undecember Season 3 build guide

Whirlwind and Charge Release is the strongest meta build. No matter what Element you play, this build triumphs over all other mapping builds. Even if you are a Physical player, you can just convert Charge Release to Physical.

Charge Release also benefits from Quad Blessings. Those being Alyssa, Leo, Casthor and Acuben. Making it a very strong skill despite recent nerfs.
