They reverted it again. Unknown when they did this but as of January 9th, 2023 chicken boy is back.

Due to a typo, for the longest time pootis bird didn't have an equip region and could be worn with anything. In a silent change today this typo was fixed and now he has proper equip regions preventing all the silly combinations you used to be able to do. This typo was actually fixed once before but revereted 5 days later in 2018.

This was changed for lots of halloween restricted costumes:
Mucous Membrain, Chicken Kiev, Hallowed Headcase, Beep Man, Bone-Cut Belt, Avian Amante, Eingineer, Poopy Doe, Batter's Beak, War Dog, Computron 5000, Misha's Maw, Cabinet Mann, Fire Breather
