In HubSpot, you can easily enroll contacts from various touchpoints, including The Sequence tool, individual contact records, the Contacts index page, and active and static lists. Say goodbye to manual, time-consuming outreach and hello to efficient and effective communication.

Step 1- To enroll from the Sequence Tool:

a. In your HubSpot account, go to Automation, Sequences.
b. Click on the "Manage" tab in the top left.
c. Select the desired sequence name.
d. On the sequence page, click "Enroll contacts" in the top right.
e. In the right panel, tick the checkboxes next to the contacts you wish to enroll.
f. At the bottom of the right panel, hit "Next."

Step 2 - To enroll from a Contact Record:

a. Navigate to Contacts, Contacts in your HubSpot account.
b. Choose the specific contact you want to enroll.
c. In the left panel, click the email icon.
d. In the pop-up box, click "Sequences."
e. Hover over the desired sequence in the dialog box and click "Select."
f. At the top of the Select Sequence dialog box, pick the step where the contact should start the sequence from the "Start at" dropdown menu.
g. Then, choose a time zone for all sequence steps.
h. To modify the sequence's default follow-up settings, click "Settings" in the top right.
i. By default, the first email is sent as soon as possible. To set a specific send time, choose "Send later" from the "Send now" dropdown menu, and specify the date and time.
j. For subsequent emails, select the number of days to wait before sending from the "Send email in" section.
k. If you're using placeholder tokens and some values are missing, they'll appear in red at the top. Simply click a token and enter the missing value, then click "Update all."
l. At the bottom of each email template, leverage the rich text toolbar for formatting and content insertion.

Step 3 - To Enroll Multiple Contacts from the Lists Tool:

a. Navigate to Contacts, Lists.
b. Click the list you want to enroll contacts from.
c. To enroll all contacts in the list, tick the checkbox at the top left, then click "Select all [x] contacts."
d. For individual contact selection, tick the checkboxes next to the contacts.
e. At the top of the table, click "Enroll in sequence."

Step 4 - To enroll the contacts from the Contacts Index Page:

a. In your HubSpot account, go to Contacts, Contacts.
b. Tick the checkboxes next to the contacts you wish to enroll.
c. At the top of the table, click "Enroll in sequence."
