The most pliable, soft, easy to work with, and thin dough for super dumplings, pierogi, and uszka. It is just a few ingredients; hot water, a spoon of olive oil, and all-purpose flour. You will never again need to or want to put eggs and animal fats in your dough. I promise!

The amount that I used in this recipe yields 40 large pierogi.
Ingredients:
2.5 cups of all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon of good quality virgin olive oil
1 cup of HOT water (how much? as much as the flour will absorb.... and don't worry you can always add more flour :)
1/2 Teaspoon of salt

This recipe is vegan, vegetarian friendly. Your dough will be easy to work with and result in a thin delicious encasing for whatever type of dumpling you are making. There is no way that you will ever want to use a different kind of dough.
