Tiking Vlog 17 - Natural Strongman Worlds 2024 Prep

Just when thing might have started to look promising, the creatures that occupy my dwelling decided to spread the plague, guess ill just add this to the list of things that have made this the most challenging prep this year so far....

on a good note I did somehow manage a couple of PRs on the log, so not all is going terribly wrong

Natural Worlds Strongest Man and Woman 2024 competition will be held in The Kingfisher Club, NUIG, Newcastle Road, Galway, Ireland on August 24th and 25th, it is the only competition that will have the best natural strongmen and strongwomen vying for the top spots of their respective weight classes.
