In September, 2019, the Rebbe of Bobov-45 led a historic trip to the birthplace of the Bobov dynasty in Galicia, Poland, as well as the gravesites and synagogues of famous Bobov ancestors. The special pilgrimage was joined by a group of philanthropists who helped fund the magnificent new building of the Bobov-45 school.

The special journey saw large public prayer in Lizhensk by the gravesite of the great R’ Elimelech of Lizhensk, a special ceremony at the original shul in Bobov as well as davening by the first Bobov Rebbe Z”L, and moving cries and prayers by the holy Rebbe of Sanz. An unforgettable Shabbos was held in the city of Krenitz, punctuated by a lavish melaveh Malka after Shabbos.
