Shahi Paneer Easy Recipe!



Method

Ingredients
1/4th cup Ghee
1/2 tsp Jeera
20-22 Black Pepper
4-5 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
2 bay leaf
1/2 cup Cashews
3 Medium Sized Tomato
3-4 Medium Sized Onion
10-12 Garlic
2-3 pieces Ginger
Coriander Stems
Salt To Taste
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 cup Curd

*first add ghee followed by whole spices, fry it
*add veggies and cook
*add spices, cook and let the mixture cool down a bit
*add curd and mix well
*transfer this mixture into a blender and grind it


Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter
250 gm Paneer
1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/3 tsp Garam Masala

*add butter in kadhai
*then add prepared paste and cook very well till oil releases from the sides
*add paneer and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame
*finally add sugar, kasuri methi, garam masala

Garnish with grated paneer, coriander leaves and Enjoy your Restaurant Style Shahi Paneer🤤

Note- blend krne ke baad chaho to mixture ko sieve se pass kr lena jisse ekdum smooth gravy banegi
-chaho to thoda honey bhi add kr sakte ho thode meethe taste ke liye
-taste ke chakkar me bahut zyada spices mt add krna
-last me thoda fresh cream bhi add kr sakte ho
