Right-click the email
Choose Filter Messages Like This...
Click to add to an existing folder (or) Create a New one

This process will not auto move existing folders. As a bonus tip, the video goes on to explain how this is done:

Hover your mouse over an email, click the search button
The system opens a new window with all emails from this address
Choose all emails once they load in the window
Choose Move
Choose the folder you want to move them to
