Ingredients --

Maida Dough
1) Maida - 1 packet
2) Ghee - 3 tbsp
3) Salt - According to taste

For Gujiya Stuffing
1) Suji - 1 packet (Ghee me Bhuna hua)
2) Shakkar - 1 Cup
3) Dry Fruit - Kaju, Kishmish ,Badaam, Dry dates , Pumpkin seeds.
4) Makhana
5) Peanut - 1 cup

Oil for Fry
