Описание к видео Building a 3-4t/h Wood Pellet Production Line: Full Demonstration & Results

industrial music playing]
Hey everyone! Welcome back to our channel—today, we’re taking you behind the scenes of building a 3-4 ton per hour wood pellet production line. From unboxing the first machine to connecting the final conveyor, we’re documenting every step so you can see exactly how these industrial systems come to life. If you’re into biomass energy, machinery setup, or just love watching big projects come together, hit that subscribe button—you won’t want to miss the final test run!

First up: the wood chipper. This beast is the starting point of the line—taking raw logs (even thick ones!) and turning them into uniform wood chips. Watch how the team levels it to ensure smooth feeding—critical for avoiding jams later. Pro tip: Proper alignment here saves hours of troubleshooting down the line. After all, a steady feed means better efficiency for the whole line, especially when it reaches the #pelletmill later!

[Transition to 粉碎机 (hammer mill) installation, dust collection system being connected]
Next, the hammer mill. See that massive motor? It’s crushing those wood chips into fine sawdust—exactly the consistency we need for high-quality pellets. Notice the dust collector we’re hooking up? Essential for keeping the workspace safe and compliant with environmental standards. No one wants a dusty mess, right? Clean sawdust also means less wear and tear on the #industrialpelletmill further down the line!

[Time-lapse of 烘干机 (dryer) being assembled]
Now, the dryer. Moisture control is make-or-break for pellets—too wet, and they crumble; too dry, and they crack. This 3-4t/h line uses a rotary dryer with precise temperature controls. Spoiler: The final moisture target? 10-12%—perfect for dense, durable pellets that the #woodpelletmachine can form easily. Getting this right ensures the #pelletmillproduction runs smoothly without blockages!

[Cut to 颗粒机 (pellet mill) being lifted into place]
Here’s the star of the show: the #ringdiepelletmill! This is where the magic happens. We’re installing a 环模 (ring die) model—ideal for high throughput, which is why it’s the top choice for 3-4t/h lines. See that die? It’s custom-sized for wood biomass, ensuring each pellet is uniform in size and density. This #commercialpelletmill is built to handle continuous operation, so its installation has to be spot-on!

[Transition to 颗粒仓 (pellet silo) and conveyor belts being linked]
After the pellets are formed by the #pelletmill, they head to the silo for temporary storage. Watch how the conveyor belts connect—angle matters! Too steep, and pellets slide back; too shallow, and you waste space. We’re using large angle belts here, They’re easier to clean, which means less downtime for maintenance—keeping the flow from the #woodpelletmill to storage seamless.
[Final segment: 包装机 (packaging machine) being calibrated, bags filling with pellets]
Last but not least: the packaging machine. This auto-bagger can handle 20kg to 50kg bags, sealing them tight to keep pellets dry. Check out the sensor system—if a bag is underweight, it kicks it out automatically. No more manual checks! It’s the perfect end to a line powered by a reliable #industrialwoodpelletmill.

[Closing Scene: Wide shot of full line running, voiceover]
And that’s it! In just 3 days, this empty warehouse turned into a fully functional 3-4t/h pellet line. Stay tuned for our next video, where we test it with different wood types (pine vs. hardwood—who performs better?) and share the energy consumption numbers.

If you’re planning your own pellet line, drop a comment with your biggest concern—we’ll answer it in our Q&A video. Maybe you’re curious about #pelletmillmaintenance or #pelletlineefficiency? Like this video if you learned something new, and hit subscribe for more machinery builds, tips, and industry hacks. See you in the next one!
