Try this tasty Masala peanuts that are very quick and easy to prepare. It just takes 5 minutes to prepare and that too oil-free.

Ingredients:

Raw Peanuts 1 cup
Lime 1
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Asafetida 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

1. In a large mixing bowl, squeeze juice of 1 lime. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.

2. Microwave for 2 minuets.

3. Mix well so that all the masala gets coated to peanuts.

4. Microwave for 2 minuets again.

5. They all will be stuck to the bottom, don’t panic. Mix well.

6. Microwave for 1 more minute. Now they become crunchy.

7. Cool down completely before serving.

Note:
1. Use fresh lime juice not the bottled one. Fresh juice always gives nice taste.
2. Depending on the microwave settings the timings may vary. Make sure they don’t burn. You can keep checking in between.
