The Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and several other groups are hosting a forum Monday morning, hosting candidates on both sides of the aisle less than a month out from the Oct. 7 primary for this special election.

Former Rep. Mark Green retired over the summer, leaving multiple candidates vying for his open seat in the 7th congressional district.

Here's who to expect:

State Rep. Bo Mitchell (D-Nashville)
State Rep. Aftyn Behn (D-Nashville)
Darden Copeland, Democrat Businessman out of Nashville

Over to the other side of the aisle:

Matt Van Epps, endorsed by Green. Former commissioner of the Department of General Services
State Rep. Jody Barrett (R - Dickson)
State Rep. Lee Reeves (R-Williamson County)
State Rep. Gino Bulso (R-Brentwood)
Joseph Leurs, Republican, former Marine, former Metro Police Officer
Tres Wittum, Republican, faced Sen. Marsha Blackburn in last year's Senate primary.

The event is scheduled for this morning at 9 a.m. at the Wonders Center & Science Museum, located at 855 Highway 46 South, Dickson, TN 37055.
