C/U Large lump of soft chocolate filling is placed on table. Piece of white paper is placed over filling and it is rolled flat with a rolling pin. M/S Man removes paper from chocolate filling and sprinkling flour on it. He lifts the paper which the rolled chocolate is resting on. and turns the whole over. He then removes the other piece of paper and again sprinkles flour on this side. As he starts punching heart shaped sections out of the rolled chocolate filling. C/U Placing heart shaped sections in a tray.



C/U Four pieces of wood on which are different designs used for shaping caramel moulds. C/U Pressing the shapes into box of starch, C/U Man face as he works. C/U Pouring the chocolate centres into the moulds through a funnel. C/U His hands, as he works the liquid through the funnel. C/U His face as he works. C/U Removing the set chocolate centres from the mould and brushing away the surplus starch.



C/U His face. C/U Placing the centres in the same tray as the chocolate hearts were placed. L/S The room, he fetches molten chocolate from the oven and begins the stir it. C/U His face as he stirs. C/S His hands as he takes the chocolate centres (hearts) places them on a fork and dips them into the molten chocolate. M/S and C/U Placing the chocolate coated filling on a piece of paper and finishing it off with the prongs of a fork. C/U Spreading chocolate on a piece of paper through oval shaped piece of metal. C/U His face. C/U Still spreading oval shaped chocolate. At he picks up the piece of paper which now has five shapes on it, and places it on a curved piece of metal. In this way the chocolate will set in the shape of a leaf.



L/S He places an almost finished case on the table and picks up an icing cone. C/U Squeezing icing onto the top of the cake, he places a piece of chocolate. on top of the icing this it to form the centre of the flower he places two the carved pieces of chocolate at the side forming leaves. two more leaves. C/U Elevated. The cake as he adds more leaves. C/U Squeezing chocolate. through an icing cone. to form whipped cream walnuts. C/U His face. C/U Finished efforts with walnuts on top. C/U Designs of a cat. father Xmas, had a crinoline doll made from chocolate. C/U The Cat. C/U The crinoline gown (turning) pan up to the lady's head.
