I created this 4 week program to help new moms start exercising again after being pregnant.
Each week you will get 3 videos that are 10 minutes long. One upper body, one lower body and one core workout.
This will help you recover from pregnancy and set you up to have a foundation of fitness if you want to continue on and do harder or more intense exercise.
