This video does not show how to defeat one unit with four. It only shows the general idea of combined unit groups. There are various combinations available in the game. Useful ones: Line Infantry+Grenadiers, Line Infantry+Light Infantry, Line Infantry+Dragoons, Musketeers+Pikemen, etc, depending on the tasks. Experiment.
