This is Malawi food, its not a typical step by step cooking vlog, its just a video on showing you how to cook food from Malawi and how we make it happen. I decided to cook the local hard chicken, Fresh Usipa (gray anchovy fish) Nsima which is the staple food of Malawi and Veggies.
