Modern physics suggests that time measures universal entropy, with entropy representing the degree of randomness. Time is a mental construct, existing in memory as real. Long before this, the Bhagavad Gita stated, 'I am mighty time, the source of destruction that comes forth to annihilate the worlds. Even without your participation, the warriors arrayed in the opposing army will cease to exist.' This reflects the retro causal nature of time, a concept that science is only now beginning to understand.
The primary objective of life is survival, which evolves into language to convey emotions. Samskrita, notable for its verb-based semantics, encapsulates the essence of objects through universal root sounds. Theses root sounds create a hormonal, and emotional impulse in us. Historically, Western thought struggled to grasp the philosophies of India’s Vedas and Puranas until the advent of modern physics, particularly quantum mechanics and string theory, which resonate with the cyclic universe concept found in these texts. The Vedas describe creation as governed by a predetermined order, encapsulated in the idea of Sat-Chit-Anand, where ‘Nanda’ represents vibration and ‘Ananda’ signifies the bliss underlying existence. This framework parallels the ten dimensions of string theory, as symbolized by the ten hands of Devi Durga. The evolution of matter unfolds from the Ananda layer of consciousness, progressing through intelligence, ego, and ultimately to the fundamental forces of nature, reflecting the creation stories in the Puranas.
