In this week’s episode of Tying Tuesdays, watch as Brady ties Wade's Ho Candy! "Wade’s Candy, AKA Ho Candy, is a sweet little summertime dry fly. This bullet head fly is built with all the right stuff. This bug is big and bushy but will ride a little lower on the water when compared to a Stimulator or other hackle-rich dry fly. It’s an excellent attractor pattern that also features some realistic aspects. I love this fly when head hunting sippers on summer spring creeks and tributaries. It can be great pretty much everywhere with a quick size and color adjustment to match your hatch. Wade’s Ho Candy is also a great option in a hopper dropper rig and will hold up a range of bead-headed flies."
