Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients
2 bags frozen spinach
1 block cream cheese
Yellow onion
1 bag Italian cheese
Heavy whipping cream
Butter
Minced garlic
Season all
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Tortilla chips


Directions:
1. Dice 1/2 of yellow onion.
2. In a pot heat up the frozen spinach.
3. Once the spinach is unfrozen. Strain to get all the excess water out.
4. In the same pot add 2 table spoon of butter. Sauté 1/2 onion for 5 mins or until tender. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic sauté for 30 seconds.
5. Next add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 bloc of cream cheese and 2 cups of Italian cheese. Once the cream cheese has melted. Turn off the heat. Add in spinach. Season to taste and Mix.
6. Transfer to oven safe dish
7. Top with the remaining cheese
8. Bake for 20 mins on 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
