ZUMA BEACH

It's late fall, early winter, but the cooler temperatures are not going to stop us from making it a beach day! And on this beach day, we head to the famous Zuma Beach in Malibu, the 1.5 mile long stretch of sand that is surrounded by mountains, dotted with surfers, and covered by a dome of pure blue sky. Sure, we've ridden by it countless times, but I've never explored the neighborhood across from it. Let me say, spoiler alert, the views are spectacular! Of course, I couldn't go to Zuma Beach without going to the actual beach. I'm drawn to beaches like a magnet. I have to go, look at the waves, breath in the salty air, and, on this ride, decompress before the 20 mile trek home. With a beach this beautiful, it was tough to leave, but we'll be riding by it again!
