This is the Latest update on the Proposed 388 meter BGC Icon Tower.

At a scale of 222,000sqm and 388m, this project is located in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), the modern center of the capital Manila. It aims to elevate the image and functionality of this area, serving as a benchmark for business and commercial ventures while effectively integrating surrounding resources and enhancing industry clustering to create value for investors.

The inspiration for the iconic tower’s form comes from the Philippines’ national flower, the Jasmine. With an efficient structural system, the design features flowing and graceful giant frames/columns connected by diagonal braces, resembling a blooming jasmine bud and achieving a perfect harmony between architectural structure and artistic representation. Despite the constraints of the site, the project opens up the ground level to create an active space that extends eastward to street plazas and municipal green areas, further contributing to the city’s public realm.
