a governmental safety broadcast from Deathpit county on July 24, 1999. a little while after the pitspread incident in December 26, 1998. Near the end of the broadcast it got inserupted by a mysterious cognitohazardous radio signal that came from the deathpits. the radio signal prompted people to jump into the pits. luckily, not many people were affected, due to most people leaving the room after the broadcast told them the things they needed to know.
