Leo Vince LV10 Exhaust for Husqvarna Svartpilen 401

Bit the bullet and bought a shiny new exhaust for the Svartpilen. Not the FF Fresco that I'd wanted to buy, but you can blame the dash on my van lighting up like a Christmas tree for that!

This exhaust is popular for a reason. It gives you the most bang for your buck. That was partly why I was trying to avoid it. But talking to people like Sema John made me realise that I was being daft and was going to be cutting off my nose to spite my face!

Very happy to admit that I was wrong in this case. The bike sounds ace now. It's lost some of the empty 'tinny' treble and picked up a little more bass. The standard exhaust sounded pretty good but it was very quiet on a constant throttle. The LV10 is still audible and that being said doesn't become an irritating drone on a journey.

I've an MOT to book before the end of the month and I reckon this'll fly through it without having to swap it out for the stock can. I'll let you know how that goes...

Both exhausts were filmed using a combination of GoPro Session 5s and a Hero 8. You may/may not like one over the other. That's up to you. We are all looking for different things in life, so we won't always agree on what's cool and what's not!
