ABOUT THE CONDOR

The 300-acre estate offers ancient forests, manicured lawns, secluded picnic areas and peaceful walks. Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder as you gaze out towards the expansive grounds featuring impeccable gardens, specimen trees and tranquil lakes, providing an unforgettable experience.

Following a 5-year search for the right location in France, Chateau du Coudreceau was acquired by the an Irish family in 2011. The objective was to find a location where the ambience of the chateau would compliment grounds of parkland maturity in which to build a private golf estate. The tranquillity and quality of specimen trees on the grounds, the multiple small lakes and ponds combined with a very positive energy in the chateau, led the family to acquire the estate and begin a process of acquiring surrounding properties to re-instate the lands once owned by Seurrat de la Boulaye.

The summer house of the famous French Actress Bridget Bardot “The Bardot Cottage” was acquired in 2012.

The Chateau de la Chesnaye with its traditional Alle de cavalier entrance and pigeon house “pigeonnier” (restricted to royalty, nobility and clergy) was acquired in 2017
