Punching, flipping, and pitching are the three techniques used to reach these bass lurking in the shadows. Traditionally these bass are reached using a heavy Texas-Rigged creature bait on 65 lb braid. This method is deadly and has been responsible for producing an incredible number of big bass. However, as fish become conditioned there are times that the heavy technique can be downsized to maximize bite potential
