Prayer for Mental Clarity and Purification of Thoughts, Cleanse Your Mind.
My Dear Father God, today I come to your holy presence, seeking for mental clarity and mind purification. In Philippians 4:8 your Holy Word proclaims; "Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.” So, please I beg You to direct my thoughts to these virtuous and praiseworthy values.

Kindly assist me in accordance with Romans 12:2 to; "not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of mind, that may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” So may Your Holy Spirit renew my thinking and connect them with Your perfect will within me.

Moreover, Psalm 139:23-24 declares; "Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my anxieties; and see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." Thus, I give You all my thoughts and desires, and please search my heart for any dirty or sinful thoughts that are impeding my spiritual growth. Lead me to the way of righteousness and eternal life in Christ Jesus.

As I begin on this journey of mental purification, your divine word in 2 Corinthians 10:5 comes to mind; "casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.” So, my sweet Lord, I pray for the strength to capture every thought that contradicts Your truth, and submit it to Christ's lordship. Please help me to break free from negative thought habits, and replace them with godly thoughts that exalt You.

My Holy Heavenly Father, I also thank You for your promise stated in James 4:8; "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you”, and I want to get closer to You, seek Your holy presence, and let your divine Word guide and cleanse my mind. Please Grant me discernment and knowledge, so that I can walk in mental clarity, and think things that respect and honor You.

Thank you my Dear Heavenly Father, my Lord Jesus and your Holy Spirit, for all you do for me and my family. I pray all this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ of Nazareth, amen.
