New Musical Workshop - Highlights

A workshop of a new musical about community choirs, based on real testimonies given by community singers in Southampton, Gosport, Lee on the Solent and Romsey. Written by Stephanie Jayne Amies, Teddy Clements and Beth Flintoff.

In September 2022 we were awarded funding from Arts Council England to pursue developing the musical, delivering 6 workshops with local singing groups and 3 days of R&D at MAST Mayflower Studios in January 2023. Our workshop cast was composed of 5 professional actors and an ensemble of 46 local community singers.
