The moment resistance and ductility of the confined-splice connection between the precast column and the foundation were examined under the reversed cyclic lateral load protocol. The reversed cyclic load was applied until 2.5% drift where the failure of the foundation-to-strong floor anchor stud occurred. After that, the monotonic pulling load was applied and the maximum lateral resistance was 24 Ton-m. The maximum drift ratio before the failure was 6.5%.
