The ICC prosecution wants Nicholas Kaufman's alleged conversation with Rodrigo Duterte to be stricken off the record as it was "not responsive to the arguments" as clarified by the judge at the start of the fourth and final day of the confirmation of charges hearing.

The prosecution said Kaufman "cannot testify or make a speech" for Duterte and that the accused should be present in the court if he wanted to speak.
