🔹 I. “The Spirit of truth… will guide you into all truth.”

— John 16:13

These words of Jesus are spoken in the Upper Room on the eve of His crucifixion. They are not abstract theology—they are personal assurance. Christ promises His disciples that although He is departing, He is sending “another Helper” (John 14:16), the Holy Spirit, who will not only comfort but also guide.

✦ The Holy Spirit as Truth's Interpreter

The Greek phrase “pneuma tēs alētheias” (Spirit of truth) signifies not merely a Spirit who tells truth, but who is characterized by it—truth is His essence.
He doesn’t merely inform the mind—He transforms the heart.

✦ Guidance, Not Just Information

The verb “guide” (Greek: hodēgēsei ) implies direction on a path, not just data delivery. The Spirit does not give a download of facts but leads believers into relational, unfolding, Christ-centered truth.

To be led by the Spirit of truth is to:
