Ingredients

Broth:
4 cups water
4 clove garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce ( you can use 1/4 cup instead for a more golden colour)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp all purpose seasoning

Oyster sauce:
1 1/2 cup broth
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs sesame seed oil
1 tbs sugar
2 tsp cornstarch (mix with water)
