Day 7 is a Ukrainian polka because January 7 is Ukrainian Christmas. Tommy Buick wrote the Valley River Polka and is one of the most well known composers and players of Ukrainian music. This tune has three parts, as many Ukrainian polkas do. Each part is in a different key. This one is in F, C, and Bb.
