Iran unveils car of its slain nuclear scientist

A ceremony was held in Tehran on November 29, to show the car that Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was assassinated, in the Museum of the Holy Defense in the presence of the families of Iranian nuclear martyrs.

Seyed Ziya-Adin Aghajanpour, Head of Iran's Defence Ministry Ideological Political Organization, during a speech, said "If we want to stand against the enemy, we must have strength, and Fakhrizadeh created strength for the country [Iran]."

Moreover, His sons Hamed and Mehdi Fakhrizadeh admired their father and mentioned that Westerners should be afraid more of Fakhrizade than [alive] Fakhrizde. "Also killing him proves that Israel is afraid of our scientists and advancements", he added.

Fakhrizadeh was assassinated in an attack on a highway outside of the capital Tehran on November 27, 2020. The scientist has been considered the driving force behind Iran’s nuclear weapons program for two decades
