Part 11 - Upgrades and Invisible Enemies
Instead of progressing to the next area, we decide to do some exploring around Haven and the Maker's Forge, because we remembered there were some areas we couldn't get to before without getting our fire and storm hollows. We want to learn what secrets are hiding over here so set off exploring. We first head into an area by gliding with our storm hollow, and are immediately killed by an invisible enemy. We feel like there should have been some sort of introduction for an enemy like this, which makes us feel like maybe we shouldn't be going this way yet. We decide to try another direction and encounter yet another enemy we have never seen before. An angel that can summon copies of himself. In addition we have one of those big brutes that bring us rage in the next episode. More on that later. When we finally do conquer these enemies, we begin heading down a path only to discover that it loops around to where the invisible enemies were. Along the way we pick up upgrades for our weapons and artifacts for our runes. It was certainly worth the hassle, but took up an entire episode when I though it was going to be a quick snatch and grab. Either way, this will help when we do finally make some new progress. Maybe we will next time? No, not really.
