Green chilli -4
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Cashews - 12

For curry :
Cooking oil -4 tbsp
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Black cardamom -1
Bay leaves -1
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Prepared onion tomato paste
Fried paneer
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Butter -2 tbsp
Kasuri methi -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water

Laccha paratha :
Wheat flour -2 cups
Salt -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder
Garam masala
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil

Green chutney:
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves -2 tbsp
Green chilli - 3
Ginger -1 inch
Garlic cloves - 8
Sev bhujiya - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curd - 3 tbsp

Hariyali Paneer Tikka :
Paneer -200 grams
Green chutney - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

Vegetable Raita:
Curd - 1 cup
Onion - 2 tbsp
Cucumber - 2 tbsp
Tomato -2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Chat masala -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
