This week, Eric continues the food tour by cooking dishes from Bhutan, in Southern Asia! It's gonna be hot! And it's gonna be... hot. That's all we've got. It was really spicy.

We made:
-Ema datshi, a pepper and cheese stew
-Farmer's cheese, to use in our ema datshi
-Tomato and pepper chutney
-Khapse, a fried pastry
-Butter tea

If you have any suggestions for Bhutanese dishes or recipes to try, please send them over to us! It is, as you may expect, not a terribly common cuisine here in the American Midwest!
