Sustainability: A Company's Future | Jan Clysner | TEDxShanghai American School Pudong

More than just a beer manufacturer, Budweisier is cognizant of the growing issue of sustainability and its impact on global environment status. Mr. Jan Clysner will highlight the importance of sustainability to his company's operations and how they are acknowledging that through their initiatives in agriculture, water and supply line managements, and climate actions. Mr. Jan Clysner has a wealth of experience with almost two decades of experience in the beer industry.
He joined AB InBev in December 2002 and held several roles in Sourcing and Procurement until December 2007. In January 2008, Mr. Clysner was appointed as the Procurement Project Director of AB InBev.
He successively served at several roles in AB InBev, including the Procurement Director of Indirects of Western Europe, the Head of Procurement of Zone Western Europe and the Vice President of Global Logistics Sourcing from January 2010 to December 2016.
In January 2017, he was appointed as the Vice President of Procurement and Sustainability of APAC South. In January 2019, he was appointed as the Vice President of Sustainability and Procurement of Budweiser APAC.
