DIY Amp Stand, Boss Katana Amp Settings, plus the eternal question "Do you have ears on your butt?"

Описание к видео DIY Amp Stand, Boss Katana Amp Settings, plus the eternal question "Do you have ears on your butt?"

In this video I attempt to answer a few of your questions/comments (including my tone settings) as well as share my easy to make DIY amp stand concept and a couple of archived old original songs. Plus I tackle the ULTIMATE question that guitarists are probably afraid to ask. (I'm not scared, so I went for it.) For whatever reason, when I started recording this time around, everything just started flowing smoothly, so I went with it. Too much caffeine, perhaps? Sleep-deprivation induced delirium? I don't know.

As far as my amp sounds, the clean is based loosely on a Fender Twin amplifier, and my crunch and lead settings are loosely based on a 1959 Marshall amp setting. All the additional pedals (although onboard effects within the amp) are all based on Boss pedals (with the exception of the TS pedal, which is based on an old Ibanez Tube Screamer). I run these through the Boss GA-FC foot controller, and I can turn them on/off live.... so there's that. Beyond that, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

I recently purchased a Canon G7X mkII camera, and I've been trying to get myself educated on using it effectively by watching channels like Film Riot and Peter McKinnon... (learning things like aperture, shutter settings, and ISO vs the usual Phrygian dominant or Mixolydian b6 scale kinda stuff...) I'm not endorsed by Boss, Canon, Fender, or anyone else... but I will say if they ever need someone to send a product to.... well... you know.... I love doing reviews. Just saying. ;) wink wink wink hint hint. Ahem.

The videos I referenced in this video include:

DIY Locking tuning video    • Easy LOCKING TUNING guitar setup that...

Boss Katana demo (and original song "Through the Darkness")    • Through The Darkness (original) & Bos...

That's all I have for now.
