The municipality of Moos includes the districts/villages of Bankholzen, Iznang, Moos and Weiler (with Bettnang).

It is located on the Untersee/Bodensee (Lake Constance) in the district of Konstanz in Baden-Württemberg in Germany.

The Untersee (German for Lower Lake) is the smaller of the two lakes that together form Lake Constance (German: Bodensee).
