Been wanting to share this for a while. There's a couple tutorials about mono sampling up already (i.e.    • ASR 10 Tutorial  )
Always sample in Mono, if possible. Much easier. But some sounds just have an awesome stereo image so here's how you chop in stereo:
-Sample Sound (L+R DRY)
-Assign Key (ex. C4)
-Set Stereo Layer Link to ON
-EDIT: LAYER
-Select Sample
-EDIT:INSTRUMENT
-LAYER 1L: WS 1
*When stereo layer link is on, select the odd wavesample located in layer 1.
(i.e. 1 of 1/2; 3 of 3/4; 5 of 5/6; etc.)
-Set Range
-EDIT:PITCH
-ex. LO: C4 , HI:C4 (or extend the range as desired)
-Trim Sample 1/2
-EDIT:WAVE
-Set Sample Start to X
-Copy Left Channel
-Select 1L:WS 1
-Command: Wave
-Copy Wavesample (To Layer = 1L)
-Parameters Only (unless you plan to do time-stretching or other destructive actions)
*Wavesample 3 created
-Copy Right Channel
-Select 2R:WS 2
-Command: Wave
-Copy Wavesample (To Layer = 2R)
-Parameters Only
*Wavesample 4 created
-Set Range
-EDIT:PITCH
-ex. LO: D4 , HI:D4
-Set New Start Point
-Repeat, moving up the keyboard, for as many chops as you desire!
