Includes a new 2 second saving skip in Loyalists found by Fnnzy. With my current goal being a 33:2x I'll definitely work further on this run.

Note: (Yes) stands for the newest route that uses a bonecharm and additional money given by the Void Walker's Arsenal DLC. The Void Channel bonecharm extends Corvo's blink range and the money is used to buy extra mana potions. This route is estimated to save roughly 25 seconds over (No).
