Today, I am presenting with you a special recipe that tastes amazingly delicious. It is Rum Gosht. Don't worry! it will not make you high. When we Rum with meat, its alcohol evaporates and only the rum flavour left. So it is not the dish only for certain people who have alcohol. One can only know its flavor until unless one tries it. Ingredients:
500 grams of goat meat, 60 ml of Rum, 300 grams of onion, 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup of mustard oil, 1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Garam masala, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, red chili powder as per taste, 1/2 tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, salt as per taste, 1 big-sized tomato, 4-5 whole red chilies, 1-1.5 inches of cinnamon stick, 1 black cardamom, 8-10 peppercorns, 2 green cardamoms, 4-5 cloves, 1/4th of a nutmeg, and a few chopped coriander leaves.
