Chia seeds are highly nutritious and have several incredible benefits, ranging from aiding weight loss to improved bone, healthy skin, and hair. Chia seeds are a rich source of fiber, antioxidants, and calcium. Include these tiny seeds in your favorite dish, or have them as a part of the dessert.
However, excessive fiber intake can cause problems like abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, and gas so do not exceed the number of chia seeds. To prevent this, start with a small quantity and incorporate it into your diet 2-3 times a week.

I have used non-dairy milk like coconut milk, soy milk, oat milk, and almond milk in the above recipes. For the smoothie recipe, if you don't want to use yogurt, just add 1 cup of non-dairy milk.
