=======================To entry the Receipt note======================

The advantages of Receipt note entry is,when you want to purchase some products then you have to make a product order list. Then the list forward to the creditor. Then creditor will supply the product to your company as per your order required. The you should have to check up it that, the delivered product have any problem or not. In this receipt note you will see the actual product rate, quantity. If the supplier supply any wrong product then you may say to him and decline the product. After entry the receipt note voucher you will understand that why we entry the purchase order.

The activation process of Receipt note is - Goto GOT - Press F11 - Press F2 - Use tracking numbers (Enable delivery and Receipt notes) ? Yes - Enter and Accept

After active the Receipt note you will goto the voucher entry window. Then press Alt+ F9 - Then select the creditor which you order. Then select the purchase order entry invoice and then put the product details following the receipt note invoice. After entries all item then enter and accept.
