Inspector Gadget Talon and Penny Edits

I feel bad for not doing another video with these two, but two of my previous videos involving Penny and Talon got blocked in the US and i tried to dispute but that didn't work which is annoying so i hope this one doesn't get blocked.

I'm actually going away for a month soon and was suppose to go later but covid kinda screwed that up, but if it didn't i might of not finished so i'm happy was was able to finish it before going.
