Kubota BX Fuel Filter Replacement

Описание к видео Kubota BX Fuel Filter Replacement

Replacing fuel filters on a Kubota BX1850 tractor, this also applies to other models in the BX line up. There are two fuel filters, one located at the rear underneath the tractor, and another up front in the engine compartment. The rear filter is a little tough getting to, but this is a very easy do it yourself project. If you have a mower deck mounted, you will need to remove it to get to the filter.

I was having some low idle and sputtering issues, which is usually a result of dirty fuel filters or possible fuel gelling.

These are the tools I used:

10MM Socket Wrench (Filter Brackets)
14MM and 10MM wrench (Fuel Air Bleed)
Hose Pinch Pliers (to keep fuel from spilling)
Pliers (Hose Spring Clamp Removal)
Hose Pliers (Removing Fuel Hose from Filters)
Catch Pan (to catch diesel fuel when removing filters)
Zip Ties
